"Hi Carole, i just use a piping rock one (photo attached) and take the 2 per day. I read somewhere that you should take it seperate as it can cause a bit of indigestion in some but I never had that issue with it. I have to reiterate though- I…"

"Hi Lindsay, buying supplements is a bit of a shot in the dark so I just tend to go for iherb ones or piping rock as expensive supplements are often no better then cheap ones (case in point beacon generic $15 for 30 vs Pfizer - thousands!) I…"

"Hi Kevin, make sure you check with your dermatologist first. My theory is very much only a theory. It just seems baricitinib hasn’t had the alopecia studies of jakavi or Tofacitinib but I know trials are happening on it. The problem is these…"

" Hi Kate, welcome to the thread, though I’m sorry alopecia lead you here. Stats around response are kindof hard to find, I took heart at the beginning of my journey in a study which showed a guy who didn’t respond for 8 months (like…"

"Hi Kevin, yes i stopped shedding- it was weird- lasted a month- no really noticeable patches but I had been losing absolutely no hair and then all of a sudden was noticing hairs in the brush. It’s kindof come in now as a second shelf of hair,…"

"Hi - I live in an area that gets super hot in summer and kind of cold in winter (no snow- but definite chilly weather). Mine is in my kitchen in a cupboard and has been through hot and cold and is still effective. I think they put general guides on…"

"I’m the same as Kevin, in a cupboard. My stock has been through all sorts of temps and still is effective so try not to stress too much about storage."

Frida Rupert replied to AlopeciaDestroyedMyLife's discussion Xeljanz (Tofacitinib Citrate): My experience on the trial
"It can take some time, some people respond really fast and others it can take ages. I just try to remind people that slow respond doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t respond well. I was 5 months before I responded at all and got it all…"

"Hi guys, while I agree with TC in regards to wishing we had something that deals specifically with the immune privilege issue, I do think many of us alopecians have wonky immune systems that benefit from taking immune suppressants - I have a wonky…"
