- I am a Puerto Rican married man with a son. I have Alopeica Areata on my head, facial hair, and chest. I have long hair on my head, but there is a spot of hair missing from one of my sideburns, because of alopecia. With the strange exception of the hair that is missing from my chest, my hair has only been missing as a result of shaving.
