so 2 years ago i sat in a dermatologists office to be told "you have alopecia", i have never been down about having it, and i have met so many people on here and facebook who have it, so i'm definitely not lacking support and friendship that is for sure, it has been a pretty fun ride!, for those of you who know me you know that i'm always positive, yeah i have my days but i'm never negative about much, well its been a fun 2 years, wow it went quick!!you who don't have me on facebook can add me…See More

Ok, i was at a concert last night for a band called ozomatli, it just so happens that their drummer used to be in the band the wallflowers(one headlight,6th avenue heartache, three marlenas), i went to the show just meet him even though i had met him before in 1997, anyways i had a awesome conversation with him, as time went on he offered me extra drumming lessons at his studio when it finshed and i may possibly be his drum tech on tour in the near future, so this just opened up a huge door for… Continue

so as i scroll through the blogs i notice some of us are still having trouble coping with what we have, u people do not need to be ashamed and let it effect your life, maybe in a cancer situation but we are not dying from this, yes it could be worst but it is not, i know it is traumatic for some of us but as humans we learn to adapt to things, we may feel uncomfortable sometimes but it will not be forever, for u married alopecians i can tell u that the man/woman fell in love with u for u and no… Continue

Well it has been a busy couple months for me cause i have been doing the whole show thing, even tho im just the roadie guy i still really enjoy doing it, music is pretty much my life, i honestly forget i have alopecia sometimes that i get so caught up, i hope all of you are doing well, and if ya feel bad there is no need to feel that way, just do what you love and you can't go wrong, well as much as i hate making these short i got a busy week ahead of me and an even busier weekend cause i have… Continue

well life has kept me pretty busy in the last 2 months, been working and helping a band with shows all over california, just finished a mini tour with the band which was extremely fun but the only thing is i got 10 hours of sleep in 2 days but all in all everything went off without a hitch, on the alopecia end of it i'm still full of life and still just as positive since the day i found out i had it so there is no change in that, well thought i would shoot you all a line since i haven't posted… Continue

- That sounds like lots of fun to tour with a band! I bet you'll have a bunch of great memories and experiences. Would you be able to tell me which band it is, or is it a secret? One of my friends was once a roadie for Three Days Grace and he said it was awesome getting to travel all over the place and hang out with new people every night.

- Ohhh I've just been so busy lately, I need to wind down a bit. I really want to go on a road trip somewhere with friends. I have a fantasy of waking up in the middle of the night, packing my bags, and just hitting the road with the music blasting on the radio and my friends in the backseat. No map, just the open road. A little cheesy, maybe, but I've had this idea for a while. =)
