Hello Everyone! I need to vent...

Not only am I loosing my hair, my image, my self-worth, my sense of femininity, at 29, but no one seems to understand. I finally told my mother after several months and she said "well, things like cancer happen as you get older. Its not that bad. It could be worse." My sister in law is belittling the situation too. I feel like no one is LISTENING. Just HEAR me. This is HARD. I know it would be hard for them if it happened to them too!

Merry Xmas to you all! How did everyone survive the last two days? I had a beautiful day yesterday with both my family and my partners at our house. We blew tradition to the wind and had tapas lunch instead of the traditional food. Swimming and pool volleyball with the wee folk (until the dogs popped the ball - lol) and a few too many champagnes for the hostess! Today though, I'm exhausted and have ignored the world. I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because you get to be with family and friends and eat good food, drink and be merry. It is great to just give to each other you time and your self. No stress of shopping for gifts to exchange like the next holiday approaching!
