- Balding since 3yrs old ,going through another round of loss. Thankful for being approved for Social Security,Still have lots of paperwork to get approved for SSI.Then I can get on medicaid ! I need a new hip and haven't been to a gyno or had a mammo in 4yrs. Can't wait to get checked out ,I feel very uneasy so many things can be going on in there! I update whenI have more info.

I met fellow alopecian,Susan from North Carolina. I hope she reads this and friends me on facebook Linda Fahey Carraway. There were 3 of us on The Navigator of the seas,myself susan and the lady I came with my daughters mother in law. I think our kids are domed to be bald someday. My soninlaw is very close and his brother is there! I had a wonderful time went bald mostly and not one person flinched,I think people are so used to cancer patients they just assume thats who you are. Only 1 person… Continue

Just wondering if anyone else was a disappointed as I was when I got this issue. One of the headlines was "When the one thing getting thinner is your hair". I thought finally there will be an artical to explain our situation. But when I read the one page artical I was stunned to see most of the page was advertisments for Minoxidil,finasterdie lasers and hair transplants!!! http://www.cdc.gov/DES/ Is anyone else out there a DES child?? I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my health issues.I have hypothyroidism ,AA and vitalogo None else in my family has these issues except one aunt with hypothyriod.
