I'm very happy I did the permanent eyeliner, but I have to be honest and say that it was quite uncomfortable during the process. The technician used some topical anesthetic, but it was still painful. I should mention that the woman who did my eyes did not use a machine - she did it all by hand in the traditional Oriental (she's Chinese) way. Maybe the machine feels different. The eyebrows were much less uncomfortable. But, I am so happy that I did it - I never apply any eye makeup, and I wake up looking human. All the best,
