- Im a 15 year old girl from Sweden who have been having alopecia areata since i was like 12 - 13 or so, but all my hair came back and in over maby.. Five months or so, ive been "using" my own hair, but a few monts ago i noticed some new bald spots on my head. That really got my down, but I started to learn how to do dreads and that helped me alot - because i found out that i could put the dreads at the ends of the wig - because I really like to express myself and i think that the hair is so important when your gonna do that, and with a wig i can basically only have it in like.. One hairstyle - so when i found out that i can put dreads in it, it made my day : D - and to be honest, my own hair is really shitty xD and i really just want to put dreads in some of my older wigs and start wearing them again.
Well anyway, enough about my AA, because im so much more than just a girl who loses hair. Im really into photography and art of all kinds. My musicstyle is changes from time to time. But almost all the time im listening to Ska, punk, indie and so ^^.
Well well! Im really happy that i joined AW and its gonna be so wonderful to be able to talk to people that have the same condition like myself - because, belivie me. In a small town like Piteå it is not easy to find anyone who have AA. So im really happy to be here! Feel free to add me as a friend :D
