What have we learnt for Alopecia ?
HI everybody. Im sure that everybody wonder why do we have this disease?As far as im concerned, I saw first my Alopecia as a disgusting thing, i couldn't live with it, and i found myself ugly and unlucky. But through years, i saw that all people that i have met and who suffers from the same disease have learned somthing...We people, don't care abt appearance anymore. I've had it since I was 23 and yep I hate it too and I've been depressed about it...I look at it this way....It can not kill you...You can not pass it to other people by touch, sex etc....Our bodies have weaknesses and this is just one of them....I do not want alopecia and I wish there was a cure however I can think of many other things that are even harder to live with such as...cancer, aids, blindness, muscular dystrophy, cerebal palsy etc....We have alopecia and it's not a pleasant thing to live with but I try hard to look at the bright side and in this case it's our looks, our self esteem and self image that are most affected....We will all be ok...We can still live healthy and happy lives if we do not lose hope.....Best Wishes
