- im a 5 ft tall beautiful full figured woman, and when i was young the doctor had a totally different name called mankies. To my knowledge noones ever heard of that before. It runs on my dads side of the family, but skips. Me, and my brother have it, his youngest, and my youngest dtr. My dad, gramma, uncle, but it skipped my oldest dtr, and my uncles dtr. So i believe alopecia is what i have. I do wear pretty wigs.
