- Well, my Alopecia started around November '08. It started as a little dot on the back of my head a friend pointed it out after a haircut, then it spread over my whole head(I got a couple small patches on top)and is now showing up in my beard. So far its been quite a journey to say the least. I try to stay upbeat about it all. but, it gets hard. I'd like to talk to people who also know what im going through and make some new friends, so I looked to the web and here I am. Other than that heres a couple things about me I love music mostly hard rock/alternitive. my ipod is on all day. I like to do things outdoors(if its not winter)like hike, fish, grill and anything else that will get me outside doing things. Thats just a little bit about me. Any questions or you wanna talk just ask.

Hello all, Im new to Alopecia world. My names Nick im looking to meet new people with alopecia. Ive never talked with someone else who has it. So if you have any suggestions on the best ways/places/groups to meet people here ill take 'em. Thanks
