I am looking into having a more semi-permanent system. I do have hair but it is thinning all over. The pic below on my profile is about what my hair is currently. Can you attach your systems with microlinks or any other methods. I am looking for something where I don't have to shave a track and something that won't cause traction alopecia. Thanks
