Ive had Alopecia for 2 years now. Lucky for me Alopecia World came along 8 months into my journey and then I attended my first NAAF Conf in 6/08, It was great to see everyone again this year and meet new friends too.
We also have a local NAAF support group here in SF that meets every other month. Some meet for pizza beforehand. A few weeks ago I got a group of 10 people together for dinner as not everyone could make the Conf.
So I guess I would say I am pretty active in the Alopecia Community. lol
