About 6 months ago I was diagnosed with PCOS - Polycystic ovary syndrome. About three and a half years before that I started losing my hair in patches and it resulted in total loss all over my head. This happened twice within one year. Prior to that I went off birth control and was hospitalized for a terrible staph infection.
