Thank you for the invitation and joining our small but quality group:). Honestly, I couldn't have made it through the earlier years of the diagnosis without the many NAAF friends; my prediction is that your son will do fine because of his loving family.

Hello Ed. There is a Wisconsin group in Alopecia World called "Alopecians in Wisconsin" which includes parents of children with the disease, as well as some young people. No doubt these are difficult times for the entire family. But, be assured, you are not alone; there are many with similar circumstances, and we've learned how to live very fulfilling lives despite the disease. Susan
