"Hi Debbie! Upland, CA? I used to live in Azusa and West Covina back in the late 80s. Nice area. Unfortunately (fortunately??) I had a great NYE, so I slept in and missed the parade. :( **giggle** at "vertically challenged**"

All you teens out there, never give up

If you watch, she is in the Upland High School colorguard, they are 96 out of 97 tomorrow, or for some of you,…See More

It started towards the end of 5th grade and within about 6 months progressed to AU. She is now 14 and is in 8th grade. Please let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you. I know that it is a difficult thing to deal with as a teen.

Hi Debbie,

Welcome to Alopecia World.
I hope your daughter is doing okay with all this.

Have you heard of NAAF? www.naaf.org
There is an annual conference I encourage everyone with alopecia to attend. It will change your life!

Be well and good luck!

Jeffrey
