About Me:
Hey,

I'm a Swedish gal who currently is attending Portland State University.

I got my first patch at age of 10 or 11. Ten years after that I lost all of my hair. Now I have been bald and beautiful for a little over three years. Between the first loss and the total loss I have had patches and also lost my eyebrows and eyelashes.

At the moment I have started to get some hair back. First time in three long years.

I believe that you can't get affected and be negative or down because of the Alopecia. Then you wont have a happy and fully working life. I believe that we get stronger everyday and I my saying is " Sunny sense tanned inside".
Do you have alopecia?
Alopecia universalis
Are you age 18 or older?
Yes - I am 18 or older

when it comes to running technique wel all think its about the legs well its also about the core and arms so. when you run swing your arms use them as a pump. and also try some abs excercises because a good core stability makes you save about 10 or 15 percent of energy. when you run try to land on the middle party of the foot and take of with your toe. thats why there is a bend on the toes of running shoes

I dont know your age but guess somewhere between 20 and 25 so your perfect heartbeat to train on would be

220 -(minus) your age : subtract that in 100 and then x 75 percent

I'll make an example
i'm 22 years old that would be for me. 220 - 22 = 198 198 :100 =1,98 1,98x75 =148,5

so 148,5 would be the ideal heartbeat for me to train on
i hope its clear for you if you have any questions you can always ask me :D

have a nice day!!

noo translation to english would make it way to easy :D.

Yeah I'm a runner but more a sprinter well acually i'm 100% sprinter so I don't run any further than 200 meters. But for long distance running the advice I can give you is that you should do 2 kinds of training the first one is interval training.
that means like Run 2 minutes on a high intensity then Run 1 minute on a low intensity you can do that for 20 minutes in the beginnning. thats the best way to improve your endurance faster and the 2nd one is normal endurance training. thats running 30 minutes on a middle intensity.

the best way to do that is with a heart beat meter. and a heart beat watch. they are not that expensive
