Autumn my heart goes out to you. My daughter developed AA at 13. A year of treatments made no difference, so I started looking at her diet. She started on the GAPS diet in Sept 2013 and within a few weeks her hair started to grow back and to this day hasn't fallen out again. I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but she is sooooo pleased we gave it a try and stuck with it. Good luck to you
