- I am married and have a daughter with alopecia her first bout was at age 3. She lost all her hair eyelashes, brows everything. It came back almost as fast as it all fell out but she lost it all again but with no return. She asked for a wig which she wore to school but now wears a hat most of the times, she doesnt mind going without it all depending on her mood. I hope she keeps her confidence as she grows up!

Thank you so much for your reply. I think you must be right about beautiful people having alopecia because I looked at your daughter's photos and she is such a little beauty. I love, love, love her pink wig. It's my favourite colour, how fun!!

Your daughter is beautiful, I love that picture from the beach with the sand on her head! I saw you live in Nova Scotia, my finace and I will be honeymooning there in August. Neither of us have ever been there. Any recommendations for must see/do while we're there?
