Possible Burnout

So...not wanting to jinx myself, but I might be in a period of burn out with FFA.  I was diagnosed through biopsy about three years ago and I had hair loss/scaley bumpy rash all along my front hairline and also at the nape. I have also lost almost all body hair including eyebrows and even a lot of my eyelashes. I had scalp injections one time but they left horrible marks and I didn't see much improvement.
