Please forward me the information on how to fil an insurance claim for a full cranial prostesis. I asked my doctor for to submit the paperwork for approval of a prostesis. She came back to me saying she spoke to the manage care manager for blue cross and was told that they never approve prostesis. She suggested i go to a cancer treatement place that has wigs donated to them for cancer patients and get a wig for free from them. Needless to say i did not get the free wig. I want a custom wig something confortable and natural looking. I explained this to her and she said she would go ahead a submit the claim. I asked her not to do anything and told her i would get back with her. So hopfully you have some info i can give her.

Yeah, I fly up to VA a few times a year. My dad lives in northern Va, but my cousins and grandparents live in Norfolk.
