- Stress isn't the cause of alopecia, but it can be a trigger. So can hormones. Do you have alopecia in your family? Sometimes there is a genetic link.

- I have been to Bald girls do lunch the women there are great, I have met some good friends from this, and this would have never happened had I not got to this extreme with Alopecia, so some blessings in disguise> I went to lunch with Mary yesterday, so out of the bald girls, there are some women I get together with.

- Thats good that you joined this group then, its a long journey alone. I'm very happy to know you. Wigs yep I understand them now, I have two just got one tonight for my birthday. Cute and short but still itchy. Feels more like the real thing to me now.
