- I was told that I had Alopecia Areata about a year ago.
I have had two sets of shots on my scalp.
I am now in the stage of lost a great amount of hair.
I am looking for advice on what to tell my students.
I start back to work next week and since school ended this past June, I have lost enough hair that they are going to notice. Any advice? Get a wig or just wait. Thanks.

If I were you I would go ahead and get a wig. Let me know if you need any more advice -- I've done a lot of research and focus groups for my book.
