- Hi,
My name is Andrea, I go by Andy, I am a 48 year old female, who has been living with this since about 25 years old. I was a experiment patient for Rogaine, ha ha, worked while they paid for it, but when it first came out was very expensive. I spent years going from doc to doc with each his/her opinion on what would work. I have finally excepted there is no cure right now, and after dealing with this in so many unhealthy ways, am ready to go public and help educate people and let them know there are places to go where you are understood.

It's hard, but at some point we come to realize that we can choose to be happy (or not), whatever our circumstances are.
