So a few weeks ago i went with my grandma to see a homeopathic doctor in Wisconsin. They focus more on the entire body as a whole and not just one symptom. which i thought was kind of interesting

so i read a tid bid of Malinda Rode's blog today and i had another epiphany (did i spell that right?)
so this fall i am going to the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis for cosmetology. i have actually had this planned since before i lost my hair, and even though my hair is gone, i still want to go because hair is my passion..
anyways. so i have decided that first day of school.. NO HAIR! not gunna wear it. why bother? my wigs are so hot and i have tried so many and they are… Continue

so i have had au now for about 7 months.. i know my hair is probably never going to grow back and i am slowly feeling a little better about it every day.
but i still need some advice.
i feel so body concious around people who dont know about my condition and i dont know how or if i should even tell these people. i dont just want to be like "hey guess what? i dont have any hair." but at the same time when i meet new people i want them to know who i really am. im not trying… Continue
