My spot in the back has a whole bunch of white fuzz...finally. I know this is the beginning of growth, because this is what my 1st spot did before it started sprouting some hair :-) I can't see it, and I just started working the 3pm-3am shift at work so my husband hasn't had a chance to tell me what's goin on back there, but I can feel it. Feels fluffy, and it itches like HELL. So this is good. Bad news for my body...I am winning the war against myself...haha.

No new spots. 1st spot is still growing strong. No other hair loss. Is it too early to hope that my 2 spots were isolated, stress-induced hair loss?

Just some random thoughts....

Question for God when I get up there.....what did you want me to learn from all this?

Is it any easier for men with this, since traditionally it is more socially acceptable for men to be hairless? Been wondering that for awhile...

Sometimes this site makes me feel as though I am lucky enough to still have a whole head (minus a plum size amt) of thick, long hair, because so many of you have very severe hair loss. And to a lot of you, I think you are exceptionally strong to go through this many times over...the scarfs, wigs, shaving, treatments, etc. I don't know if I could have done/gone through what so many of you have!

That's it. Off to see some home care patients :-)
