There was a point last year where I was able to, for the first time in about five years, go wigless due to new hair growth.

Its hard to think back to what I done that may have enabled my hair to grow back so well, but I believe I was mentally in a better place with a lot less stress in my life.

Anyways, heres a picture of my hair, the bun is extensions that I attached to my own hair...

This is what I am aiming for, enough coverage that I can chuck the wigs in the closet again.

I am slightly concerned about the stress levels in my life currently. I am working very long hours at a mentally draining job..i am experiencing a somewhat mild form of chronic fatigue, probably better known as adrenal fatigue to the point where I am unable to exercise without putting myself into a very fatigued state for the following half a week. My immune system is not so flash. I am getting frequent skin infections from little nicks and cuts...however these infections may be acids and toxins trying to exit the skin as I am on a detox diet of sorts.

I haven't consumed dairy nor meat in quite some time. I consumed rice and bread last night for the first time in months..was not a good idea. Sent my adrenals into overdrive..

Regarding current hair growth...feels like theres some small bald patches towards the back, hard to keep track of stuff you cannot see in the mirror...front section still appears to be growing okay.

Wow! What a bangin' bod! Who needs hair with a figure like that? Lol Love the ink also. I have extensive AA and have been vegan for like 10 yrs and vegetarian before that. I suffer with fatigue too; I have found adding more protein to my diet in the form of nuts and beans and good fat in the form of avocado has helped both my energy levels and my hair regrowth. Also, lemon water is very cleansing for the body. I also noticed some regrowth after starting to drink chai tea with fresh ginger. In the meantime, try not to stress about your stress! Have you tried yoga? I love it, and it's a great exercise for when you might be feeling drained. It is very restorative and calming.

hahaha thank you @Dominique Cleopatra!!! Ah good old fatigue, gosh its a nuisance, I really feel like it holds me back from really making the most of my life sometimes. I have added a protein powder to my diet..vegan of course! Made from golden European peas..and I eat a fair share of raw nuts and loooove avocado :D

But yes, don't stress about stress, good point..im writing that down in my little reminders notebook !!!so easy to do, and just makes e v e r y t h I n g worse!

I haven't really tried yoga properly, but have definitely considered more than once, maybe I should give it a go!!!!
