Haven't had the internet for a bit. Occacionally the roomate and I can pick up a signal from one of the businesses around us, so we'll have that for a few days then i think they catch on. LoL.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew about support groups and where you could look to see if there is one in your area? My mom has been pushing me to find one, which I suppose would really help. I'm sure it would be embarassing and hard at first to really speak about my condition, but i think once i open up i will be alot more comfortable around everyone in the group. Especially since they are going through the same thing i am.

I have also tried to live a healthier lifestyle. It's very hard when you are 22 to not want to go out with your friends all the time, mainly because that is what they mostly do. Also, i don't have cable so I hate to be home! I was very proud of myself last night, i stayed home and watched movies. On a saturday! Never would have thought i would be home on a saturday ( i consider myself a social butterfly, i love meeting new people) but whatever it takes to get myself healthy again.

Well everyone thanks for listening to me vent. I will try to get internet as much as possible so i can keep up with everyone! Hope everyone has a good week, although tomorrow is monday and i'm sure i'm not the only person who always has a case of the mondays!

My thoughts in a nutshell! :) I, too, would like to meet up with a local group but have been unable to find one. I find myself being a homebody and being content with it although I normally am not that way. I will try to wake up and do my best to make tomorrow a good day as much I despise Mondays.

www.naaf.org then scroll to Support, then to your area of the world/country/state.
