So Day three went pretty well. I wasn't hungry at all, stayed busy with house work and preparing for school, and felt pretty great. I didn't post because I was so busy and I really had nothing to report. The laxative tea that night however didn't work more than to give me a bit of a stomach ache for a short period. The next day (yesterday) however was a bit more difficult. You see my husband had the day off and we pretty much were lounging around ... we went fishing in the morning and the evening ... but we spent a too much time in front of the television (watching movies is his favorite pastime - and he wants me to do it with him) and by 530 PM I was to week to resist the Chicken tamale in the fridge so I ate it. The spiciness was so good that I then endulged with some boneless hot wings.
Now you would think that this would give me a stomach ache or that I would be in pain or something. But no - nothing - and in fact the tea was ineffective AGAIN! So how is it that I'm supposed to be cleansing here???? I'm not sure exactly.
I'm not going to let one little slip up knock me off course however and I'm back on the cleanse this morning. Now I must go and work out or clean or something, before I get to thinking about food too much.
XOXO
CAR
P.S. I started at 137 lbs and am down to 131.8 if anyone was interested.
