- I am completely fascinated with natural hair. I'm on a mission to continue to learn about and educate on the beauty and strength of healthy, natural hair. I'm still a sponge and continue to gather information from various sources.
I'm still early in my hair growth journey, so I'll be taking it with each of you. My hair is currently at jawbone length and my 2010 hair goal is to grow my hair to my collar bone. I find that it helps when I set incremental goals. It also helps to keep a journal. My last relaxer was around November 3, 2006 though I didn't truly begin my natural hair journey or have a real plan for my hair until much later. I never even considered going natural until a seed was planted by a stylist telling me about 7 years ago that I should go natural. I didn't believe her. I must now be patient with those who don't yet believe me.
