Any experienced hair derrmatologist in VA or DC

Thanks for reading my post.I am 34 years old and no one has alopecia in family .

I just found two small bold spot on my head. One is very small other one like dime size. I found almost one week ago. Today , when I show my mother she saw some hair growing there. I dont know is this Alopecia or not. I live in VA. Any one know any derrmatologist? Or any information will be helpfull.

If is this alopecia then what do expect?

I used to live in Arlington and went to this practice called alexandria dermatology.
It's a group practice so it had around 5 doctors working in there. They did my blood work and started with the steroid injections in the scalp. I saw 2 doctors in the practice and they were both good. Never pressurized me into coming back or anything of that sort. They take most of the insurances I think and are quite punctual about the appointment time.
