I have never added anything in the past but today I feel I want to share how Marine Collagen tablets bought from Boots have really helped and now I almost have a full head of hair, baby soft hair that is strong. 

I still have a few patches but over all I would say I have got back around 70% of my hair over a period of 6 months of taking these tablets and Vitamin D tablets. 

I have been suffering with Alopecia for past 4 years and it really effected my confidence and my relationship to the point I have now started divorce procedures. 

During this time I have learn't so much about myself and about life. 

The good news is my hair seems to be coming back and the Marine Collagen tablets have also helped give my skin an more firmer and soft clear look, I am so glad I did my own research and started on these tablets its a slow and gradual process but it has definitely helped me.
