Yes, I have heard of this product.

At this time there is no definitive cure for alopecia.  Steroids at this time is the only proven drug that will bring hair back (and this is not absolute - sometimes they don't).  You can't take steroids forever so often once the course has been taken and you have to stop your hair falls out again unless you have gone into a natural remission.

Some people do swear by treatments (like Hair-up), but there is truly no evidence that this product works...no scientific studies etc.  Be thoughtful around any money you want to spend on products like Hair up, as I said at the beginning of my post....at this time there is no cure for alopecia areata.

Anecdotal evidence does not make a product proven.

I have never used any treatments and medications on my daughter for her alopecia....in the last 10 years her hair has grown back five times (various amounts, but a couple of times over 90%).  If I had been trying medications or treaments I would have thought they were bringing the hair back....alopecia often goes into a natural remission....'Hair Up' will depend on that, so be thoughtful.

Good luck with everything.
