Marking the sample cap
I ordered the fw around the beginning of the year and my sample cap is here at my house. I have a big air bubble in the crown that seems to move around. The front lifts just a smidge off of my forehead. I marked the general idea with an eyeliner pencil but I am afraid to make a commitment to the markings in case I didn't have it on right or they are just drawn wrong :( I am nervous since this is such an investment. I will contact my rep first but I just wanted to know if there are any suggestions out there. Thanks.

ask your rep. do you live close to her? if so, have her see it for herself....ultimately it should've been perfect, especially if they used a scanning device.

You could also take pictures of it on, and send them to her, if she isn't close by. I would want to make sure it was perfect as well. But I promise you, it's all worth it!

Your agent will want to ensure it's perfect - sometimes bubbles happen and I would suggest you call her immediately and she'll work with you to get it correct.

Hi Deana
Definately get back to your Independent Agent. She is trained to make sure you get the best fit possible with your fitcap. Fitcaps are an important part of the process to make sure your FW is going to fit you well. This needs to be done face to face or via telephone/skype using photos.
The important things are to make sure your fitcap is secure and comfortable and that it sits flush with your head and there are no major caps between fitcap and your head. Your IA needs to hear from you asap.
