Hi Catherine,
I use oils on my hair once a week which I try and leave on over night.. This is the 60ml sweet almond oil, 2 drops clary sage, 5 drops rosemary and 3 drops ylang ylang... My aromatherapist mixed this for me... Promotes hair growth and helps prevent hair lose... But really helps with the dryness xx

Thank you so much Mandy. That sounds like a wonderful mixture! I will try to get hold of these oils asap.

Most grateful...

Neal's Yard shops sell loose by the weight turmeric, ginger and a whole host of flowers, barks, herbs they mix for you to use as teas/infusions. They will give you samples to try for free at home. Worth popping in. I am trying lavender and rose, very good for relaxation.

Any ladies that would like to use herbal medicine Riki is near Kingston Upon Thames, she has a BSc (Hons) Herbal Medicine

I am being treated by Riki
Ladies I saw my medical herbalist today, my 3rd visit, she has stressed the importance of tumeric, ginger and black pepper.

She also advise me to include physalis in my diet - a fruit, small round and ornage coloured like a cherry tomato. They are full of vitamins and antioxidants. They taste good too.

I am booked in to do a beginners meditation course in Sept with a yoga therapist. I am looking forwards to that.
