Well, I already have my t-shirt! Thanks to Yvonne's awesome designs! Of course I will wear it that day! I understand that being outright bald is not for all of us, but there are other ways we can bring out awareness.

So what are you ladies saying????? Are you willing to purchase a T-shirt and still gather with those of us who choose to go bald in public? Can I make plans for our group? Do I have any supporters here in AZ?

You don't have to show your baldness if you are not comfortable with it, this is all about choice but showing others that we accept ourselves however we choose to live our lives...This is about awareness for our cause, not making you feel you have to do something you are not comfortable with.

Get a T-shirt, let's go out in public and show the world we are strong, confident DIVAS!!!

Yep, I think it's a great idea to have a National Bald Out Day to bring out awareness for alopecia. But I am comfortable wearing my "hair" when I go out. It's great for those bald ladies who can do it! Woo hoo!

I too think this is a great way to let the public know about Alopecia and help bring more acceptance to us bald women. But for me, I don't wish I could go bald as a way of life...I actually enjoy wearing my wings and having "hair". So to all of you bald ladies...participate if you think it's for you, but most of all be proud of who you are and stand tall for your choice to go bald or to wear a wig.

I think that the National Bald Out Day is great for awareness, but I would never do it. For those of you who do plan to, on behalf of Alopecia awarness, and those of us who don't have the courage, THANK YOU!!!!
