That out of all the auto immune diseases I've got alopecia; the other ones really suck, I mean REALLY!
My wife and kids
That I live in peaceful society and times and there is food water and shelter for my family.

I am thankful for:
1) folks who give and share of themselves without thought of recompense (Alopecia World--that means you!)
2) every day that I don't require the blue parking spaces
3) a source of decent income
4) eating at least once per day and sleeping indoors
5) good neighbors
6) artists who can string notes and words together to express what I'm feeling as if they are in my head
7) those ARPANET geeks back in the 60s who got this whole internet thing off the ground
This is for starters. I could go on and on because I have been blessed with a pretty damn good life. I strive to be deserving of it.
