Possible remission?

Hello all, I am curious for those who have gone into remission what it looked like. I have been AU for 3 years. About 2 years ago I grew some tiny white eye lashes that have never gotten any darker or longer. About 2 months ago I grew tiny white hairs all over. Could this be the start of a natural remission? I just got the script for xeljanz and I'm not beginning the battle to get my insurance to cover it but I am slightly nervous that if I am naturally regressing. Any thoughts?
