I'm new. Desonide Lotion; yea or nay?

Hi,

I'm brand new here.

I've been trying to read up on Desonide Lotion.

Is it a viable treatment? I think I used it once for a Sever case of poison Ivy. (I worked all day with a piece of leaf in my glove...) My Alopecia comes and goes and seems to be tied to stress and how much $$ i have in the Bank...
