I always find it hard to share my struggles, I used to share it with my old sister, but now she's gone, she gets married and left living away, I sometimes think that I don't awe explainations to other peoples about my hair loss. Yet it still so hard for me to talk about it with friends or every one near to me .

Wow I can totally relate to you in certain things.  For a long time I was ashamed and embarrassed about Alopecia and hid it because I didn't want other people to think there was something wrong with me. It came to the point where most of people in my life had no idea and others who were close to me were just suspicious.  It wasn't till I took a course and discovered that there was nothing wrong with Alopecia I just didn't have hair.  I technically "came out of the closet" with my Alopecia just last month and now I rock the bald look or wear different wigs whenever I feel like it.  I think it's important for 'Alopecians' to realize that the more they try to hide the condition... the more it will control their whole life.  It was definitely controlling mine for more than 3 years.  I'm also lucky to have a bf like yours that sees me being beautiful no matter what and kind of figured out for himself that I was wearing a wig which saved me a lot.

However, I disagree with what you said about the greatness because I believe that you can be great in every aspect of your own life, and also have Alopecia. I don't see it as a barrier anymore.
