I developed Alopecia Areata in my 50's.
After Re-gaining my inner strength,I started a website at:www.omgmyhair.com to educate and offer support for other Victims of Alopecia Areata. I have 2 published articles to read at my site.My future plans include to have a District Support group available to those here locally, in the Northeast Ohio area. It is so important for Alopecians to Talk things thru and support each other. Thanks,MJ
Hi Margie! Great to have a new friend! Love the profile pic! :) I'm right in Strongsville. Not too far from you. I've struggled with alopecia for about 16 years. I say struggle because I've never come to terms with it. I think its time I did. I'm going to use this site a lot more and I'm definitely going to go check your site out. Talk to you again soon! :)
