Portland........I was there about 10yrs ago, just a flying visit with friends from Seattle, we came through on our roadtrip down to Oregon & Napa Valley........the book is on its way. It will be good to read.....feeling pretty down about it all at the moment. Don't think I can go bald but plan to look gorgeous in a wig!

i am ok thank you. just very disturbed over my recent dx . thinking of purchasing a top hair piece that will cost about $650. are you aware of any reputable places on line that sells hair pieces {human hair} on line cheaper

Hi Leslie, I just found out I have lichen planopilaris and still in the grieving stage. I am still trying to reconcile with menopausal changes, glasses, body changes and now this.

How did you tell your friends about Alopecia. Within the las six month mine has become universal. What a change in my image. I still have eyebrows and lashes. I only told my mom, siblings and a very close friend. I have not discussed it with anyone else. How did you approach your family and friends about it?

Thank you! I'm armed and dangerous! I ordered my brows and getting ready to order your book. I feel better now and I'm sure I can cope with this disease and look fabulous while doing it!
Also how do you line up your lashes? I'm having problems since I have no lashes to line them up. I guess it takes practice. Do you order your lashes on line too? I have to use a non allergenic glue because I am allergic to the regular glue. (Latex) Thank you! You have been so helpful!
Thank you so much! I didn't know temp brows existed! I am new at AU. I've only just accepted the fact I have it and my hair won't come back. I'm going to get your book when I can. I've seen some subjects on your page like eczema and alopecia. I also have severe food allergies to food like almonds, bananas, plumbs. I am excited about the brows and getting ready to order some.
