Thank you. They are my miracle babies. 29 week preemie. When I was told at 19 weeks, they would not make it. God told me he was my Doctor. And now look. I am trying to have the same attitide with this alopecia. But I can seem to get myself together. I think I am so wrapped up in what others will think or say. But I enjoy reading your page. Pat, I must say I was looking around on the site and stumbled onto your picture. After reading the office blunder I love the way you fired back. I have been living with alopecia since my youth and this is a hard and sensitive thing to come to grips with. I believe that I am a beautiful and a special person and I get the same feeling from you. People are so ignorant, instead of being sensitive to others for some of us we love to put someone else down or say things without any sensitivity for others. I love your attitude and you wear it well. I also love your photos.

How are you? I have been so busy at work, that I have not signed on in awhile. My husband, kids, and BFF are cool with my new look, but one of my sisters made a negative comment. I really could care less.

I emailed this picture to my 25 year old son. He asked me if I was going to stop wearing my wig and how does daddy feel about my look. I told him his daddy encouraged me to shave my head and that I will continue to wear my wig to work. He replied, Cool! what's up for the weekend. Lol.

Most of the people I work with know I have alopecia, because I am pretty upfront about it, My eyebrows and eyelashes come and go so some people ask, Not to mention I change my wigs up pretty often!! hi pat!thanx for adding as a friend! really cool!well basically i am from the french west indies (guadeloupe)rather close to miami but never had the opp to go there!i wish i cd though and one of my best friends actually now lives in Dallas!!!the thing z all those visa papers to fill in scared me a bit!on top of that the whole thing looks quite price and time consuming given that if i was to come it wd be for at least one year not just on holidays!but i talk too much lol tell me a bit about u!how r u doing anyway?how long hv u had alopecia?
