U are a very pretty girl !! Hair or not. I do like your photos, and was wondering what the wig is in photo 8 and 9 and also 18....your bald pictures are so pretty, you have a very pretty face.
Hi Breezy, I just noticed, you are under 18, so if you and your mother want to come down to Tuskegee University on Saturday for the closing of the program it would be great. It's an agriculture program that lasts two weeks, maybe next year you can go~if you like that sort of thing. The youth participants are between the ages of 14-17, they are a great group! How far is Opelieka from Tuskegee?
Hi Bre,
My daughter developed alopecia around the same time you did. Did it progress rapidly for you over the past 12 yrs? Right now she has about 3 quarter size bald spots and there has pretty much been no change in the past 3 yrs. Talking to others with alopecia and hearing their stories has really helped me on this site.

Hello and welcome, Bre!
I know how hard alopecia can be; I have had it for about 30 years. After I became the spokesperson for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, a lot of girls and women were needing my help and support, so I wrote a book called, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" You can find out more on my page -- and it's available on this site under "Bookshelf," and Amazon.com. Let me know if there's anything else I can do!

Hi Bre, my little sister is Breana, we call her "Bre" and "Breezy"! I'll be at Tuskegee University this weekend for the closing of one of their summer programs. If you want to come over, email me and I'll see if I can make time to meet you. Join me on Sisterhood of Women Who Have Shaved Their Heads!
