I have been lactose free for about 4.5 months now and indeed have noticed 1st a definite gastro intestinal and all around healthy feeling as well as some vellus hair growth all over my head i can actually feel light peach fuzz were ther was others wise none as well as dark thicker pathes in the front around widows peak area. i do think diet plays a huge part in resolving issues over time. Hope it works for you,and thanks for the valuable information, George O
