Wigging out

So i wear a wig to work.
But when im walking home ill take it off my head.
How surprised someone would be to see someone taking off their hair.
Consider them lucky for experiencing that.

Im looking for alternative for my head, wigs are fine but soooo iritating.
Im heading up to a cottage, what to wear? wraps make me look sickly...
suggestions?

Wide-brimmed hat with wide, soft-woven fabric that makes it look like a straw hat but that won't snag the scarf you will wear underneath, with long scarf tie hanging or bow in back. Then, huge classy earrings, lipstick and sunglasses. Hollywood!

Dare to bare! There were many times I wanted to rip my wig off at work when I would get hot. Now I don't wear them at all. It's been fun to laugh at my friends as they complain about what the humidity is doing to their hair, how hot and uncomfortable it is, and how expensive it is to go to the hair salon.
