I am grateful for Alopecia World for giving me a place where I can vent and people understand. Where people give of themselves and share their heartaches and triumphs and always always willing to give support to people who need it most. Thank you all for being there!

I'm so grateful to Alopecia World for all of the support I was able to receive AND give, and also for all of the wonderful people I've met. AW is not only a great support system, but it is also a great family. What a simple but powerful comfort it is to know that we are not alone.
Thank you all,
Alexandra

Reading other peoples experiences helped me when i first lost all my hair and then writing my own blog and getting caring responses was really helpful too. Its good to know we are not alone - there are others who care.

I am so grateful, for every thing, and alopecia world, it lets me know that it's ok to be me and to help when there is a need. Never give up just because you lost your hair doesn't mean that this is the end, God always have something else good waiting for you, for he's still in control

AW has not only made dealing with alopecia so much easier, but it has provided a wealth of new friendships. Thanks so much AW!

I am grateful to AW because it gives me a chance to learn about other people: their hopes, happiness and life experiences. Thanks to all!

I am grateful for Alopecia World because I don't feel alone anymore and by sharing experiences I feel I have joined an extended family even though I'm not around much.

because reading information about others help you learn about yourself... alopecia-world helps people learn of new medications- what has happened to others using it, and if it work... if we didnt have this we would be spending alot of money of medications that might not work...it also helps bring people together.
thank you for giving us something like this

Since the day i came across Alopecia World life has not been the same for me, i have come to accept and love myself just the way i am and also to accept and live with those things i cannot change in life. This site has helped in boosting my self confindence i have come to know people who live with AA and am happy that there is really nothing wrong with me.
I now talk about AA to whoever cares to listen and now confidenently spot a BOLD BALD LOOK this makes me feel sooo good. Above all i found love and acceptance am engaged to be married next year to a man who loves me just the way i am. Appearance is not just about what you look like it is majorly who you are and what you make out of life.
Thank you Alopecia World and kudos to all of us out there.
