I'm the opposite. On the top moving across. I think thats the thing with alopecia though, there's no pattern. When I went to the studio for my nhs wigs though there was someone with patches just like yours.

my recent episode started with my entire back going, then 2 large circles right at my crown, then something like you have in your pics (crusty the clown, only reversed) then onto hardly any hair left at all. I shaved when I couldn't cover the baldness with hats anymore and I feel SSSSSSssssssssOOOOOOOo much better! Go to the wig store and try wigs on with a person you feel close to. You will need help finding the perfect wig. There are alsot of contemporary styles and color patterns, you wouldn't believe it! Good luck!

A lot of people say, they felt sooo good, when they shaved their head. I might do it too, when it gets worse. Yvette, do you remember how long it took for (from what I look like) to you hardley had any left??????????
