My therapy

Today I went to my therapy and Oh my God I was shaking, until I got in there except I was surrounded by men!! I was the only woman there so I was nervous until the end I started to open up, my fisrt
assignment I have is to do something about 15 min before Thursday that makes me happy!!

I'm glad I did it today I made my first step!!!

I went in my pretty curly wig today too and the secretary was saying oh my what gorgeous hair you have, made me feel good and pretty.

Good for you Lisa-Lynn!! The first step is always the hardest and once you've done it it doesn't become such a big deal in your mind. Being the only woman in the group must have been intimidating too yet you went ahead anyway! Good choice on your wig too, it really suits you.

Whew! Day One accomplished! I can still vividly recall my First Revelation of alopecia to someone whose opinion really mattered, and luckily, it was met with kindness. Since you already have the support of your family, then your revelation shouldn't be as ego-bending...because....who are these people, really? Not bosses, coworkers, or neighbors, right? I'm proud of you! This will give you a chance to SLOWLY reveal only what you want to reveal!
