While visiting Russia this summer I went to a doctor of medicine in Moscow.

She prescribed me to take hormone Diprospan and some pills to reduce side effects.

Now after 1 month I have full head (and not only head) of new hair growing!

It's really exiting. I hope my new hair will stick for long time...

I lost my hair 1 year ago because of stress. I had alopecia universalis. I USA I went to several doctors and none of them could not recommend any treatments.

I did three 200 ml hormone shots within 1 month. So far so good...

The wig I bought is made from process hair. After I washed it the hair became very freezy and unmanageable. And also very dry. My other wig is from SHEVY. Very expensive but great quality.

Hi Tatiana,

Did the doctor do a test to determine that you needed that specific hormone? Did she give it to you to fix your hair loss or to fix something else? Has all of your hair grown back?  How long did it take to all grow back? I don't know much about it at all like if there are any dangerous side effects potentially. Anyways, congrats and I wish you the best of luck!

Hi,

No, the hormone sounds DIPROSPAN in Russian. Its made in USA by the way. Just for the hair. My hair just started to regrow, my eyebrows and eye lushes also. There are possible side effects like weight gain , bone pain, headach..

How long did it take to start growing back and you did 1 shot per week for 3 weeks? You don't need to take it anymore? Thanks for your help :)
