Not sure how much of this post will be alopecia related. But I guess the good thing about a blog is that it is yours to express yourself.

I get in these moods there I just curse the randomness of alopecia for example as I was painting my nails I randomly spotted some silly finger hairs growing. Then looked at my arms they are still thankfully hairless but why then do we end up with hair places we don't want.

Another thought that came to me is why can I feel my eyebrows but not see them. Is it the hairs so white they invisible or just roughness of skin?

My head although it's still fluffy now frustrates me a little. It doesn't seem to be growing very fast, has it stopped.
Does anyone ever think to themselves do they even want hair back? To have to then worry about shaving their legs etc. I've never really shaved my legs much before would I want to have to start? It's frustrating for me to have to do armpits as it is lol if my body won't give me a full head of hair I want none anywhere else either thank you. A part from eyelashes I like them...

Guess that's my hair rant over.

I hear you KFlame. If I could have a nice head of hair, YES, I would shave my legs!!! But, I don't get that choice. I too hair armpit hair.  And wonder the same thing. If I have to have alopecia, couldn't it at least take out my armpit hair? silly stuff !!!  I too have eyebrow hairs I can feel but not  see. I have had permanent make up done over them, and use an eyebrow "mascara" to give those baby fine hairs some appearance of being grown up eyebrows.

One time I found two hair on my big toe.  REALLY?  of all places... I plucked them. RANDOM HAIRS. we could write a book huh?

you have eyelashes???? that is GREAT!!!!

The eyelashes did fall out but grew back. Too scared to use any mascara on them direct as don't want anything to encourage them to fall out.

But thanks reassuring me about eyebrow thing as kept wondering if im going crazy feeling phantom hairs.
